We at MAGDALENA Apparel are here to specifically inform you that many of our products our not made by hand personally but our neatly designed and put together through Printify. Due to this, shipping is available to see by all customers but returns can be quite difficult. The following is stated by are producers themselves: "Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind." If something clearly troubled you with your order, please contact us immediately and we will personally get it handled.
